The hard surfaces make apparent the room is clean. The staff was very good, helpful, friendly, attentive, accommoative. The translucent screen on the window was not attached, but the blackout shade worked fine. Did not request service, or report the issue.

See, I was on the road for two weeks and stayed at like 10 hotels in a row, and a lot of them were Holiday Inn's.
